Tom is a litigator with over 29 years of jury, court and administrative trial experience covering a wide array of civil issues. He has also briefed and argued numerous cases in state and federal appellate courts, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court and Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, achieving successful results for his clients. Tom’s clients have included large companies with complex legal problems as well as individuals with common “everyday” legal concerns. Tom is also one of the few attorneys in the state with admiralty law trial and appellate court experience. Settlements and verdicts for his clients have topped six and seven figures on several occasions.
