Law Clerk Program
Each spring, The Rose Group selects one rising 3L to work as a law clerk or summer associate at the firm. The position tasks law students with extensive legal research, as well as memo and brief writing. Each clerk gains exposure to two different types of practice by assisting both the corporate and litigation teams with projects, research, and drafting. In addition to a fulltime summer position, law clerks are encouraged to work part-time throughout the 3L year. Because The Rose Group does not cross-hire, when there is a need to expand, we hire from within the Law Clerk Program.
More than Culture, It’s a Lifestyle
The Rose Group is a collaborative, experienced community of attorneys and legal professionals that develops great lawyers through mentorship, guidance, and communication. This unique approach means that more than one attorney actively works on every case and every client. The firm’s attorneys seek to collaborate with new associates on projects and cases to gain fresh perspectives which is beneficial to clients. First-year associates are able to perform meaningful legal work, such as meeting and communicating with clients, drafting agreements, participating in negotiations and mediations, attending court proceedings and trials, overseeing transaction closings, and much more.
