Christina Ruud

Christina Ruud is a partner at The Rose Group and a member of the firm’s Business and Corporate Law team. Christina concentrates her practice in commercial real estate with an emphasis on all aspects of acquisition and disposition transactions, real estate development and financing, and complex commercial leasing. She also regularly represents owners of large real estate portfolios in all facets of asset management and provides contract drafting services to real estate brokerage firms.

Christina prides herself on taking a practical approach to negotiations while maintaining a competitive edge for her clients. Her extensive experience combined with her diligent work ethic allow her to provide the kind of representation that is fundamental to her clients’ success.

Christina is a graduate of Marquette University Law School.
